Teei & Associates Lawyers is a general practice law firm based in the centre of Henderson, in West Auckland. As a general legal practice, we can deal with a wide range of legal issues from Property and Family Law, Estates and Wills, Elder Law, Trusts, to Commercial transactions and more.

The Principal, Poi has been practicing as a lawyer from the current premises since 1988 when he joined the then partnership, Joyce Spence. He brought into the business in 1997 when it became known as Joyce Spence Teei and continued to operate as such until the partnership was dissolved in 2010. Poi has continued practicing from the same premises as Teei & Associates with a small team of legal and support staff.

Our lawyers are well known in the West Auckland legal landscape having over sixty years combined experience between them. Being multinational and multilingual, we can cater for a wide range of nationalities. If English is not your first language, our lawyers are fluent in Cook Island Māori, Hindi, Marathi, Konkani, and Samoan and we also have access to interpreters who may be able to assist.

We offer a Law Help Scheme which allows you to meet with a lawyer on a one-off basis for a 30-minute meeting for a nominal fee.

A large portion of our work comes from existing clients, and recommendations and referrals from previous clients. We take pride in maintaining this key benchmark of a firm providing a high-quality service and always welcome new clients.

As part of our commitment to the community, we undertake Legal Aid work in Family and Civil areas, volunteer at the Henderson Citizens Advice Bureau, and work as a Duty Lawyer in the Waitakere District Court.
